Returns

You may return any product purchased from www.icgsat.com for any reason for a full refund withing 14 days of receipt. Professional installation services may not be refunded. After 14 days, returns are no longer accepted. Refunds will be submitted through the payment terms within 2 business days.

Cancellations

We make every effort to ensure our service will work at your location. However, if you find our service does not work at your location, you may request a refund for your monthly billing within 7 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with subject line “cancel.”

Shipping/Delivery Policy

We are currently offering free shipping on all products throughout our store. Every effort is made to ensure that your product ships within 2 business days. If circumstances prevent that, we will contact you to offer substitution, hold, or cancellation options.

Lease

The ICG Wireless lease plan is $19.99/month for as long as you keep the service. It includes our standard equipment, the ZTE MF279 LTE router. Should you choose to cancel your service, you must return your equipment within 30 days. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you for your convenience. If you do not return your equipment within 30 days, you will be charged a non returned equipment fee of $199.

Unsubscribe

ICG Wireless is a no-contract service and is billed each month by subscription. You may cancel your service at any time, however we do not have the ability to offer a prorated refund for an unused portion of a month. You must cancel your service at least 5 days prior to your monthly subscription being charged by emailing [email protected] with subject line “cancel.” Every effort will me made to ensure your account is cancelled in a timely matter.
